Leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Aleksandar Vucic said Tuesday that the future Serbian government will definitely be formed between his party and the Alliance of the Hungarians of Vojvodina (SVM).
The Socialists (SPS), which were also offered to enter government, has not made a decision, Vucic said.
At a session of the Main Board of the Serbian Progressive Party held on Tuesday, Vucic said that New Democratic Party (NDS) made it clear that they will not enter government so he did not continue negotiations with them.
Vucic announced that he will make concrete suggestion for the cabinet posts on April 25 at the next session of the Main Board of SNS.
He explained that the main priority of the future government will be introducing strict control over state budget spending as well as aggressive economic measures to stimulate industry and employment.
"This government will be remembered for its courage to start reforms, because of the fact that we did not promise milk and honey in the campaign, because we will bring new laws on labor, bankruptcy, privatization, planning, construction and everything else that we promised," Vucic told the members of the Main Board.
At the parliamentary elections held on March 16, SNS won 158 seats in the future parliament, SPS won 44, NDS won 19 while SVM won 6.
